【中文摘要】 近年来，随着航运价格、燃料油价格、汇率和利率水平的大幅度波动，航运企业经营面临着较大的市场风险，这些市场风险给航运企业的财务管理和财务决策带来了一系列的问题。如何管理这些市场价格波动风险已成为航运企业财务管理和财务决策的新问题和新难点，如果不能有效管理这些市场风险，将极大地影响我国航运企业的长期稳定发展。 市场风险管理在我国航运企业中的研究刚刚起步，航运企业缺乏市场风险的经验，是航运企业财务管理与决策研究中薄弱环节，而学术界对这方面的研究也刚开始，我国的衍生金融工具市场的发展也正在建设和完善中。在大部分的相关研究中，都只是将目光集中于某个财务风险或某项市场波动风险，并没有提出完整的识别、评估、管理方法。本文将金融行业及银行保险业的市场风险识别、评估、管理理论运用到航运企业，并形成一套具有航运特色的综合方法体系。 本文首先回顾了关于风险管理理论国内外的研究状况，特别提到了国内关于航运企业风险管理的研究现状，以此作为本文的理论基础。之后本文详细分析了目前航运企业在财务决策中面临的四项市场...
