【中文摘要】 在现代市场经济条件下，大公司、大集团的作用日益重要，改革开放以来，我国已建立了2000多家大型集团公司。它们在提高企业的经济效益，提升企业国际竞争力方面均取得了显著成绩。但是，我国的集团公司管理水平的提高明显滞后于它的组建速度。特别是财务管理的薄弱，由于没有完全按照市场经济的要求组织和运作，随着集团规模的扩张，使得财务风险日益增大甚至失控，从而导致企业集团盈利能力的递减。因此，研究集团公司财务风险特点并采取一定的措施进行防范和管理已成为集团公司当前所面临的一个重要的课题。 本文从我国集团公司的实际出发，分析了当前我国集团公司财务风险主客观两方面的原因。其主观原因为：控制主体的局限性；集团公司的监管漏洞；人员素质所导致的财务风险；客观原因为：宏观环境的复杂多变；财务控制主体拥有信息的不对称性，集团公司的本身的组织形式及集团公司的多元化经营等。通过对内部控制理论的回顾，可以看出内部控制已越来越强调风险管理。在进一步分析目前我国内部控制存在的问题的基础上，指出集团公司财务风险产生的原因是多方面...
