【中文摘要】 与美国和日本等成熟市场相比，目前我国的汽车行业的生产集中度和市场集中度都明显偏低，通过并购重组进行产业结构调整势在必行。然而，在企业的并购活动中，却伴随着高风险，其中的财务风险是主要风险，并购财务风险的防范与控制任务十分艰巨。因此结合汽车行业的特点，对并购活动中的财务风险进行深入研究，具有积极的理论意义和现实意义。 本文主要采用了定性分析法和定量分析法。一方面，应用定性分析法，对并购财务风险的类型和成因等进行定性分析，找出了我国汽车行业在并购财务风险防范与控制方面存在的问题，制定了应对措施；另一方面，应用定量分析方法，运用了层次分析法和模糊技术结合的模糊综合评价法对汽车行业并购财务风险进行定量分析，籍此得出具有说服力的判断和结论。 本文首先简要介绍了我国汽车行业的现状及并购概况；其次，分析了汽车行业并购动因及主要并购形式；再次，对并购财务风险的内涵进行了界定，论述了并购财务风险的类型及其成因，将并购财务风险分为四大类：价值评估风险、融资风险、偿债风险和财务整合风险；然后，根据汽车行业的特点，建立了并购财务风险的指标评价体系，采用将Fuzzy集合论与AHP结合的模糊综合评判法，建立数学...
