【中文摘要】 随着战略管理理论与实践的不断发展,战略的思想已经被逐渐的引入到财务管理中来,形成财务战略理论。作为我国改革开放的硕果以及经济发展的支柱产业—汽车工业也日益感觉到复杂而多变的经济环境带来的压力。汽车业上市公司是汽车业的中坚力量和“精英”,面对丰富的机遇和严峻的挑战,按照国际水准来管理公司,对财务活动进行长期性、全局性、外向性的战略规划是十分必要的。 本文首先对财务战略相关理论做了选择性的述评,主要包括财务战略的研究现状、财务战略在企业战略中的重要地位、财务战略的研究方法、研究方向和存在的问题等内容,使我们对财务战略有一个系统的了解,为后续的实证研究提供坚实的理论铺垫;然后,通过建立公司财务战略评价指标体系,对我国汽车业上市公司进行实证分析。主要依据的数据是我国45家主要汽车业上市公司(包括汽车汽配板块的整车及零部件类主要上市公司)2003年—2005年的财务数据和市场交易数据。所采用的方法主要包括比率分析法、趋势分析法、比较分析法、描述性统计分析、方差分析、相关分析法等。通过这些统计分析方法,运用大量数据,对我国汽车业上市公司的融资战略、投资战略、股利分配战略现状进行分析与概括,得出了一些探索...
