【中文摘要】 从世界范围来看,非营利组织作为一种社会组织形态,在社会经济发展中扮演着不可或缺的角色,发挥着非常重要的作用。当代非营利组织的活动范围不仅包括积极参与社区建设、地区自治、公共政策的制定和执行等区域性公共事务,还包括积极参与国际决策,解决各种全球性问题。非营利组织已经成为全球化时代国际治理的一支越来越重要的力量。从我国目前来看,随着经济体制改革的不断深入,政治体制改革的逐步深化,非营利组织正迅速成为发展最快的一个部门,对我国社会发挥的作用也越来越大。同时,在现代市场经济条件下,市场环境的复杂化,导致了非营利组织财务管理的环境也日益复杂化,这使得非营利组织与其他两类组织一样,总是时常面临来自财务方面的困扰,其遭遇财务风险并由此引发财务危机的可能性大为增加。与此相适应,加强非营利组织的财务风险管理变得重要与紧迫起来。因此,将非营利组织财务风险管理研究作为论文题目。本文安排了四个部分进行论述,以非营利财务风险管理作为逻辑主线贯穿全文。在解决了本文非营利组织的研究范围和非营利组织财务风险内容及分类的基础之上,首先,分析目前我国非营利组织财务风险管理存在的问题和原因;其次,讨论非营利组织财务风险管理所需要的制度环...
