Research on Risk Management of China Occupational Pension Funds

【摘要 (中文/英文)】 本文主要讨论了企业年金运营的风险管理问题。 本文首先从企业年金的相关概念和风险管理理论入手,为本文研究的问题作了铺垫,并论述了企业年金基金风险管理及其重要性。第3章根据现代风险管理的基本程序,首先对企业年金运营的风险进行了识别,然后对各个风险从产生、衡量等方面进行了分析。在本章最后,对企业年金运营风险的控制从内部控制和外部监管两个方面进行阐述。本章侧重于企业年金风险管理的理论分析,为下一个章节提供了理论的依据。第4章对我国企业年金运营的风险进行了实证研究。通过现状和数据的分析讨论了我国企业年金的风险特征和企业年金监管机构及内容,本章在分析过程中同时借鉴了国外的企业年金或养老金的风险管理经验,对我国风险特征和风险控制两个方面的讨论反映出我国企业年金风险管理上的不足。第5章在前面章节研究的基础上提出了政策建议。建议分为两个部分：对年金管理机构的建议和对政府监管的建议。 本文研究的重点是企业年金运营的风险管理体系。本文立足于企业年金运营的经济和社会环境,以现代风险管理理论为基础,以企业年金在资本市场投资运营中面临的各种风险为切入点,探讨了企业年金运营的风险管理的理论和实务问题。通过透析企业年...更多金运营中面临的各种风险,本文力图为构建我国企业年金运营的风险管理体系提供一些有意义的思路。 

 In this dissertation, we investigate risk management with respect to occupational pension funds. Firstly, this dissertation discusses some definition and theories about occupational pension as the basic knowledge for next chapters, tell the importance of risk management on occupational pension in China. In chapter 3, the risk management in occupational pension funds is analyzed in detail utilizing the risk identification and assessment methodologies of modern risk management theory. At the end of this chapter, risk monitoring is discussed in internal control and external supervision. The third chapter strength on methodologies, make the foundation of the next chapter. Chapter 4 researches on China occupational funds and the risks. Through the analysis of data and the status of China occupational pension, it demonstrates the risk characteristics and supervision organizations. At the same time, the forth chapter contract China occupational pension with oversea, reflect risk management deficiencies in China. On the basis of the previous chapters, Chapter 5 proposed policy recommendations in two respects: proposals on the management of pension organizations and recommendations to government supervision. In this paper the focus of the study is the occupational pension operations risk management system. Based on the reality of current political, economics and social systems, studying on the modem risk management theory, taking all kinds of risks of occupational pension as the entry point, this thesis discusses the theoretical and practical. Based on analyzing the risks existing in the course of the occupational pension operation, this thesis tries to find out problems in the risk management of the occupational pension operation in China and tries to put forward some useful ideas on the risk management system of occupational pension in our country.
