【中文摘要】 随着我国经济的不断发展，我国国债市场的成长也日新月异。国债回购市场是国债市场的重要组成部分，是短期融资的重要渠道。我国目前国债现货市场已经初步形成，而国债期货交易还无法展开，这样介乎于国债现券与国债期货之间的国债回购交易就有特别重要的意义。本文试图从多方面对我国国债回购市场进行分析。 本文第一章对国债回购的基本理论进行了介绍。首先，根据不同的角度将国债回购进行了分类；之后，分析了国债回购的特点以及所能起到的作用，指出了国债回购与我国当前经济发展状况相适应，能满足回购交易者对资金、国债的多方面需求；最后，特别说明了国债回购并不是一些人所认为的不存在风险，在国债回购交易中风险仍是一个所需考虑的重要因素。 ...
