【中文摘要】 在理论界,对国债问题进行研究的文献,可谓汗牛充栋。但长期以来,主流学界关心的焦点,在于从国债的筹资和调控功能出发,延伸到对国债与经济增长的关系的探讨,而对国债流通市场本身——作为一种使交易得以实现的架构、机制或制度安排,这种微观视角的研究,并没有给予足够多的重视。 与此相对应的是,我国国债市场的改革也是在不断摸索中缓慢推进着,这种滞后,已经不能适应市场经济发展和对外开放步伐加快带来的,上至国家、下至个人的行为人对资本市场,包括国债市场在内的强烈需求。就当前和今后一段时间来看,我国国债市场中困扰各类经济主体的,饱受垢病和最为迫切的问题,便是交易所市场和银行间市场的分割问题。 即使是对于这个问题,笔者更多看到的也是实务界对具体操作的讨论,而完成市场分割到市场统一这样一个复杂的系统工程,无疑是需要完备的理论基础来支持的。作为研究者,不仅需要结合过去20多年的探索实践,把握当前经济金融的态势...
