【中文摘要】 随着社会经济的发展,民间非营利组织在社会经济中的地位和作用日渐凸现,逐渐形成了政府、企业和民间非营利组织三足鼎立的局面。民间非营利组织在一定程度上弥补了政府和企业在满足公众需求方面的不足,成为了社会经济中的第三大部门。改革开放至今,尤其是进入90年代以后,中国政府加大了对市场机制的改革,确立了“小政府,大社会”的改革目标,民间非营利组织得到了发展的空间,其数量和规模都有了显著的增长。然而,民间非营利组织在发展过程中,遇到了各种各样的问题,其中财务管理问题是关键问题之一。财务管理问题在很大程度上制约了组织的发展,因此对民间非营利组织财务管理现状进行分析,完善组织财务管理体系已经成为民间非营利组织可持续发展的当务之急。研究民间非营利组织的财务管理问题,是全面建设小康社会的需要,也是完善财务管理学科体系的需要。 笔者通过问卷调查和实地访谈相结合的方法,对我国民间非营利组织的财务管理现状进行了分析,并从宏观和微观两个层面分析了问题产生的原因。为规范我国民间非营利组织的财务管理活动,增强组织自身的财务管理能力,笔者从组织可持续发展的战略视角构建了民间非营利组织的财务管理体系,同时提出对民间非营利组织的...
