【中文摘要】 精益建设是一种对顾客实现价值最大化、浪费最小化的施工管理模式。本论文研究的目的是通过对精益建设理论的研究，针对我国目前建筑工程管理现状，参考国外精益建设管理模式，构建一种适合我国建筑业的精益建设管理模式。 本文首先从准时采购和准时施工、看板管理系统、模块化施工与并行工程、施工均衡化、柔性施工体系、精益品质保证、拉动式控制系统等七个方面论述了精益建设的基本理论体系。在此基础上，分析了当前在我国实施精益建设的障碍，提出了推行精益建设的前提，重点研究了适合精益建设的扁平网络状组织结构模式和提升现场管理水平的6S管理，并就6S管理与我国现行建筑业创文明工地的类似之处进行了比较。然后结合国外精益建设实践经验和我国建筑业现状阐述了精益建设的具体实施方法，特别是对员工柔性管理进行了探索，提出了满足工程量变更的弹性作业人员和多技能工培训的观点，同时还介绍了国际精益建设中运作成功的拉动式控制方式的最后计划者体系的实施过程以及精益建设的推行要点。 在研究了精益建设的理论体系和推行研究的基础上，本文又探讨了精益建设组织管理模式测评方法和精益建设项目绩效评价体系。提出了三种精益建设组织管理测评方法——综合评...
