【中文摘要】 热式质量流量计是利用传热学和流体学理论，即流动的流体与热源之间热量交换关系来测量流量的仪表。热式质量流量传感器应用先进的半导体集成电路技术制作，其体积小，生产制作比较容易；采用独特的恒温原理建立数学模型，测量出介质的质量流量，无须温度和压力补偿。流量计部分采用智能化、袖珍型设计，应用ATMEL公司生产的AVR系列单片机中的ATmega8作为处理器，其片内集成了8路10位ADC、三通道PWM、先进的RISC结构、23个可编程的I／O口、自带看门狗、丰富的非易失性数据存储器空间及在线JTAG编程等。仪器内部ADC测量精度达到±0.1％，温漂0.2％，T=±10℃，线性度较好。仪器采用四位扫描数码管构成显示系统，具有丰富的功能菜单。通过ISP串口下载线与计算机连接进行软件更新，单片机系统的软件是在IAR Embedded Workbench环境下，利用C语言编写的，仪器内部的各项参数和数据表格都可由计算机设置和调整。流量计算部分采用查表加线性插值法。仪器使用前，通过流量计的标定键可对流量计进行标定；并对瞬时、累计流量、传感器输入电压值进行实时监测，利用I~2C总线的铁电存储器对实时流量值进行存储；文中着重...
