【关键词】 传感器; 电子天平; Delta-Sigma ADC; 非线性; 【英文关键词】 sensor; electronic weighing scale; Delta-Sigma ADC; nonlinearity; 【中文摘要】 随着人们对于测量精度的要求越来越高,传统的机械天平已经很难满足需求。伴随着现代传感器技术、电子技术和计算机技术的迅速发展,电子天平有了突飞猛进的进步。 传感器被称为电子天平的心脏部件,其性能的好坏对测量结果影响很大,因此传感器在高精度电子天平中起着很重要的作用。同时,传感器的输出特性都存在一定的非线性,因而对传感器输出特性的线性化、非线性误差校正或传感器非线性的研究成为国内外研究的一项重要课题。为了提高系统精度,本文针对传感器采集的信号存在非线性这一问题,采用线性化处理方法,即用微机逻辑辨识曲线的分段特征,并根据拟合准确度要求,自适应地分段逼近拟合 论文通过选用高品质的传感器和高性能的Delta-Sigma ADC,利用线性化处理算法进行软件编程,实现了电子天平量程为0~1kg、最小刻度为0.01g、分辨率为十万分之一的设计目标。 【英文摘要】 With the development of society, the traditional weighing scales have already hardly met the demands.
