【中文摘要】 长期以来中国的医药行业由于受国家政策的保护，医药流通企业一直处于费用高涨、效益低下、管理粗放的不良局面，即使在平均流通费用很高的情况下，企业仍能获利。但随着外资的逐渐涌入，这种局面必然会彻底改变。改革落后的流通模式、发展现代物流是我国医药流通企业发展的必由之路。近几年来，H公司临危思变，寻求应对之策，但一直收效甚微，归根结底就是缺乏科学、适用、可行的理论指导。 本文旨在借鉴现代物流成本管理理论和物流企业的成功经验，分析研究H公司的物流成本管理现状，提出改进措施，希望对H公司的物流管理和有关部门物流问题的研究有所帮助。全文共分为五章。 第一章介绍了国内外物流成本管理研究现状，课题研究的意义、方法以及论文的总体框架。 第二章主要介绍物流成本管理的概念、内容以及供应链环境下物流成本管理的特点、影响因素和基本思想，为后文的展开奠定理论基础。 第三章在对H公司物流成本管理分析的基础上，找出H公司在物流管理中的不足，并进一步分析造成以上不足的主要原因。 第四章论述了H公司外部物流系统的构建，主要论述药品供应链上的企业如何合作共建物流系统，是供应链管理理论在实践中的运用。 ...
