【中文摘要】 面对知识经济对高质量、复合型人才的需求,中国入世后国际交流、合作的增多,我国教育目标和人才培养方式等正随着时代的发展而不断变化。学校是独立的教育实体,任何教育在改革最终都将落实到学校。学校是实现教育目标的基本场所,而学校教育管理制度是实现教育目标的基本保障,是现代教育管理中的一个重要课题。本文属于基础研究,基于国内外中学管理的发展趋势,着重探索现代中学教育管理的制度,以期为教育行政管理部门提供一个可借鉴的参考方案。 本文由引言、正文、结束语组成,其中正文包含四个部分。 引言:阐述选题的理由:当前中学教育管理制度存在的问题很多,诸如“大一统”的整齐划一的管理体制;投资渠道、办学主体单一,缺乏社会的共同参与;学校管理机构层次偏多,管理效率低;学校内部管理缺乏竞争机制;学校缺乏自我管理、自我监督机制等等。因此,探索科学高效的现代中学管理制度是非常必要的。 正文包括以下四个部分: 第一部分:研究背景。1985年中共中央《关于教育体制改革的决定》确立了我国中学管理体制为校长负责制。当前,许多中学校长在实践中已突破原有的管理模式,探索着现代学校管理的新模式。过去的学校管理理论已越...
