促进教师专业发展的新的教师评价模式行动研究 论文摘要 本论文从学校的实际出发,设计了一种可供学校管理层面操作的促进教师专业发展新的教师评价模式。一方面在教师个体评价和三级备课组、教研组评价中实施奖惩性教师评价制度,旨在加强教师的绩效管理,使优秀教师得到应有的奖励,不合格的教师得到应有的惩罚;另一方面在备课组、教研组内部同事互评中实施发展性教师评价制度,旨在促进教师的专业发展,重视教师的自我诊断、自我提高和自我发展。通过行动研究发现,这种模式可以创造性地运用发展性教师评价制度和奖惩性教师评价制度,使得两种教师评价制度在具体操作过程中在教师个体评价和备课组、教研组群体评价各个层面上融为一体,构建出一种立体的可操作的新的教师评价模式,真正使得教师评价的核心目标-促进教师的专业发展得以实现。 关键词:教师专业发展 教师评价 ABSTRACT Based on the default condition of the schools, this study designed a novel teacher evaluation system that could accelerate the development of teachers' profession for the operation of the school management. On one hand, execute the reward-punishment evaluation rules in the evaluation of individuals, three groups of teaching preparation and teaching study groups, to tighten the management of the teachers' achievement and efficiency; let the excellent teachers get reward and the failed teachers get punishment. On the other hand, execute the developing teacher evaluation rules in the mutual evaluation among teacher's colleagues in the teaching preparation groups and teaching study development of teachers' profession and groups, to accelerate the set up the mechanisms of teacher's self-diagnosis, self-promotion and self-development. From this study, we found that this system creatively combined the developing evaluation and reward-punishment teacher evaluation rules; during the detailed operation and at each level of teacher's individual evaluation and teaching preparation, teaching study groups' evaluation, the two evaluation systems merged together to form a novel stereo and feasible teacher evaluation module, to truly reach the .core goal of teacher evaluation---accelerating the development of teacher's profession.
