Study on the Solution of Brain Drain in Shenyang International Exhibition Center 【摘要 (中文/英文)】 会展业,一个被形象地称为“城市的面包”的行业,正在凭借其强大的产业带动效应,给中国许许多多城市带来新的经济增长点。 然而,中国加入WTO后,会展业的迅速发展带来的却是会展人才的巨大缺口。不仅行业的发展需要的会展人才大量增加,跨国企业进驻中国后的重金大量网罗本土会展人才,更使得整个会展业人才市场雪上加霜。国内中小型会展企业在快速的发展中又往往忽视人才的作用、忽视人才的管理,面临人才的大量流失时,总会处于被动和无奈的地位。 本文以沈阳国际会展中心为研究对象,从分析会展业的行业特点、人才特点、经营特点,结合沈阳国际会展中心人才流失现状,总结出会展企业在人才流失问题上存在的内在与外在因素。并利用科学的人力资源管理的知识、理论与实践相结合的方法。提出通过树立人才危机管理意识、构建良好企业文化、建立绩效管理体制、建立合理的薪酬福利体制等对策,达到识别人才、肯定人才、激励人才、留住人才的效果,实现增强企业竞争力的目标。 Exhibition Industry, an image of being known as the "city of bread", the industry is relying on its strong industry driven effect, bringing to many Chinese cities a new points of economic growth. This paper is based on the study of Shenyang International Exhibition Center, from the analysis of exhibition features, personnel Features and operating Features. Sum up the internal factors and external factors of Brain Drain of Shenyang International Exhibition Centre. Use science and human resources management knowledge, suggest a solution of sense of crisis management, building good corporation culture, the establishment of performance management system and establish a reasonable payment and benefits system.
