摘 要
  本文在调研我国高硫煤的资源分布,生产现状及消费情况的基础上,对现行的煤炭脱硫技术进行了比较,认为燃烧前脱硫为未来煤炭脱硫的主导技术。根据煤样高有机硫含量的特点,利用超声波和微波反应条件温和的原理,选择了辐射—化学法联合脱除煤炭有机硫的技术作为研究内容。
在对多种有机溶剂萃取煤炭脱硫的效果进行比较研究的基础上,实验筛选出脱硫效果最好的四氯乙烯作为萃取脱硫的溶剂。采用单因子法考察了煤的粒度、煤浆浓度、萃取反应温度、萃取反应时间等因素对降硫率和脱硫率的影响,依据单因子实验结果,优选出了有机溶剂萃取脱除原煤中有机硫的最佳工艺条件为:用四氯乙烯作溶剂,煤浆浓度为20ml/g、煤粒度为0.074mm、萃取反应时间150min,萃取反应温度120℃,原煤的有机硫含量从1.41%降到0.984%,降硫率达到30.2%,脱硫率可达50.2%.
研究了超声波辐射四氯乙烯萃取煤炭脱硫技术,实验也同样采用单因子法考察了煤的粒度、煤浆浓度、超声辐射萃取反应温度、超声辐射萃取反应时间、超声辐射功率等等因素对降硫率和脱硫率的影响。依据单因子实验结果,优选出了超声辐射有机溶剂萃取脱除原煤中有机硫的最佳工艺条件为:用四氯乙烯作溶剂,环境压力下,煤浆浓度为10ml/g、煤粒度为0.074mm、萃取反应时间120min,萃取反应温度100℃,超声辐射功率500 W, 超声辐射频率40kHz, 原煤的有机硫含量下降到0.86%,降硫率达到39.1%,脱硫率可达到59.1%。
研究结果表明:四氯乙烯溶剂萃取是脱除原煤中有机硫的一种有效方法。超声波辐射下四氯乙烯溶剂萃取脱除原煤中硫的方法与四氯乙烯溶剂萃取法相比,能够缩短反应时间,提高降硫率和脱硫率10%左右。
研究了冰醋酸过氧化氢混合氧化法脱除原煤中有机硫的技术。采用单因子法考察了氧化剂种类、煤与氧化剂的配比、氧化反应的温度、反应时间、煤的粒度、氧化剂的配比对降硫率和脱硫率的影响,依据单因子实验结果,优选出了冰醋酸与过氧化氢混合氧化法脱除原煤中有机硫的最佳工艺条件为:冰醋酸与过氧化氢的配制比为1:1,温度为104℃,反应时间为1h,煤与氧化剂的配比为 3:50,煤的粒度为d≤0.23mm。在最佳条件下,降硫率可达到40.8%,脱硫率可达到60.8%.
研究了微波氧化联合法脱除原煤中有机硫的技术。试验采用单因子法考察了微波氧化剂种类、微波照射时间、微波照射功率、煤的粒度、煤与氧化剂的配比、冰醋酸与过氧化氢配制比对降硫率和脱硫率的影响。依据单因子实验结果,优选出了微波氧化联合法脱除原煤中有机硫的最佳工艺条件为:微波功率为850w,照射时间为20min,煤与氧化剂的配比为 3g:50mL,煤的粒度为d≤0.23mm,冰醋酸与过氧化氢的配制比为1:1,在最佳的条件下,降硫率可达40.1%,脱硫率可达到60.8%.
研究结果表明:冰醋酸与过氧化氢混合氧化法是脱除该原煤中有机硫的一种有效方法。微波氧化联合法脱除该原煤中有机硫方法与冰醋酸过氧化氢混合氧化法脱除原煤中硫的方法相比,能够明显缩短反应的时间2/3以上,显然这对于提高生产效率是十分有利的。在相同处理时间(20min)时,降硫率和脱硫率则提高150%以上。

Title:  THE DESULFURIZATION OF HIGH ORGANIC
       SULFUR COAL BY THE FIELD IRRADICATION
       ——CHEMICAL REACTION

ABSTRACT
The current situation application of desulfurization technologies are discussed and compared. Desulfurization of befor combustion is also pointed out as a main technology of desulfurization of high shlfur coal in the near future.
The coal sample obtained from Tanyao Gou of Shanxi province has high sulfur content and the utilization of such coal will lead to environment pollution. The aim of the investigation is removing the organic sulfur from coal by the field irradication—chemicai reaction
The first step is choosing tetrachloride ,which has larger effect on desulfuration as solvent from many organic solvents by comparison. The following experiment is carried out with single factor. The results indicate: when tetrachloride is used, the desulfuration increases with the temperature ,the react mixture’s concentration which is expressed with ratio of solvent’s volume to coal’s mass(ml.g-1)、leaching time and decrease with coal particle size. the content of organic sulfur is decreased from 1.41% to 0.984%, namely the maximum desulfuration 30.2% is achieved by employing tetrachloride leaching under available optimum conditions:120℃,ambient pressure,20ml/g of mixture’s concentration and 0.074mm of particle size. 
The second step is that the experiments in which the solvent also is tetrachloride are conducted under ultrasound irradiation. The similar trend in desulfuration is observed and the content of organic sulfur is decreased from 1.41% to 0.96%, the maximum desulfuration 31.9% is achieved under the available optimum conditions:12℃,ambient pressure,0.074mm of particle size,10ml/g of mixture’s concentration and 500W of ultrasound power.
The third step is that a new method of coal desulfurization with acetic acid-oxygen oxidation is studied. The influence effects such as the kind of the oxidation, oxreaction temperature, coal particle size and the oxidant ratio are considered. The results showed that: the optimum temperature is 104℃, the optimum particle size (d≤ 0.23mm), the optimum ratio of acetic acid and oxygen is 1 and the ration of coal and oxidant is 3/50,the optimum reaction time is 1hr. In the condition, the efficiency desulfurization can reach 40.8%.
The quaternary step is that the technique of microwave interposition, above all, the kind of oxidant is selected, and then the effluent of the time of exposure to the microwave, power coal particle size, the ration of coal and oxidant, the ratio of glacial acetic acid is analyzed. In the end , by the manufactories test , the optimum technological conditions are obtained —at 850w, d(the particle size of coal) ≤ 0.23mm, the ratio of glacial acetic acid and oxygen is 1 and the ration of coal and oxidant 3/50. In the optimum condition, the efficiency desulfidation can reach 40.1%.
In conclusion, the analyze enunciate: acetic acid –oxygen combination oxidation is a efficacious method. On the other hand, despite the way of microwave interposition can shorten the reaction time, its desulfurization efficiency is unsatisfactory.
