【中文摘要】 当前，市场经济的发展和国有企业改革的深化，给青年职工的生存、发展、主人翁地位、社会保障及思想等各方面带来了直接而深刻的影响，也使青年职工思想政治工作的地位、任务、内容、方法、体制等产生了新的变化。开展国有企业青年职工思想政治工作的创新研究和实践，是时代的趋势、企业的呼唤，也是青年职工成长成才的迫切要求。 本文以国有企业改革背景下青年职工思想政治工作的创新为研究主题，通过问卷调查法、访问法、比较法、观察法等实施研究。文章从四部分层层展开，进行论述。第一部分，从理论上界定国有企业青年职工思想政治工作区别于其他人群思想政治工作的的含义、特点、作用等，这是青年职工思想政治工作创新的基础和前提；第二部分，借助近年来最新的调查研究，综合分析现代企业制度要求下国有企业改革的现状及给青年职工和青年职工思想政治工作各方面带来的影响和变化，这是青年职工思想政治工作创新的原因。第三部分，是全文的重点，也是最具创新意义和实践意义的部分。主要论述国企改革背景下青年职工思想政治工作创新的内容，包括思想政治工作内容、途径方法及体制的创新。提出在内容上，要引导青年职工加强思想道德建设，突出理想信念教育；推动企业青年文化建设，...
