【中文摘要】 本论文研究了洛伐他汀(lovastatin)降低蛋鸡胆固醇的效果,并在此基础上进一步研究了该物质对类固醇激素及繁殖性能的影响。采用44只新扬州鸡随机分成4个处理,每个处理11个重复,试验组日粮为基础日粮分别添加0.015%、0.03%和0.06%的lovastatin,对照组为基础日粮,试验期5周。自由采食,自由饮水。 试验结果主要为: 1. Lovastatin能有效降低产蛋鸡血浆中胆固醇水平,最高可降低13.71%(P<0.05)。 2. Lovastain能显著降低蛋黄中胆固醇的浓度(mg/g)最高可达17.12%和鸡蛋胆固醇含量(mg/枚)最高可达19.44%;日粮中添加0.015%、0.03%、0.06%lovastatin,蛋黄中胆固醇浓度分别降低8.59%、16.43%、17.12%;鸡蛋中胆固醇含量分别降低13.49%、13.90%、19.44%,各组之间有显著差异(P<0.05)。 3. Lovastatin降低胆固醇的效果具有时间依赖性,2周时,血浆胆固醇浓度未发生显著变化,从第3周开始,随着添加剂量的增加,血浆胆固醇开始逐渐降低,每克蛋黄中胆固醇...
 
【英文摘要】 This dissertation was designed to study the effect of dietary supplementation of lovastatin on cholesterol concentration and reproduction performance of the New Yangzhou laying hens. The layers were randomly divided into four groups. The first group was fed on the basal diet.
