【中文摘要】 农村生态环境保护是环境保护工作的重要组成部分，是改善区域环境质量的重要措施。近年来，我国在城市环境日益改善的同时，农村污染问题却越来越严重，在工业化、城镇化程度较发达地区的农村尤为突出。各种污染不仅威胁到了农村人口的健康，并通过水、大气污染和食品污染等渠道影响城市人口。 本文对姜堰市水环境、空气环境质量、固体废弃物排放情况、土壤环境质量、工业污染源现状、农业环境现状、生活污染以及绿化现状进行了调查，从农村劳动力素质低下、农业投入不足，农村各项基础设施建设落后、农业面源污染严重、乡镇工业污染源日益增多等方面，分析对生态环境存在问题的成因，通过河横村生态农业建设以及溱湖国家湿地生态工程成功恢复对改善生态环境的贡献等实例分析，提出了保护生态环境的可行性措施，为姜堰市全面可持续发展提出了生态环境方面应做的工作。

【英文摘要】 The thesis investigates the ecological environment in Jiangyan, analyzes the existingproblems of the ecological environment and puts forward the countermeasures to theseproblems.
