摘要
本文将在学术界先期研究成果的基础上，对新农村精神文明建设视野下的社会民俗的移易在理论上和现实上做全面论述，力图通过对二者的分析，找到一个新的契合点，让社会民俗的移易更好的服务于新农村精神文明建设。本文主要从新农村精神文明建设中社会民俗需要移易的内容及其实现途径两个方面来展开论述。本文的研究主要根据党中央提出的在农村要积极“开展和谐家庭、和谐村组、和谐村镇的创建活动”，“提倡科学健康的生活方式”，与之相对应，探讨家庭家族民俗、乡里社会民俗以及人生仪礼等社会民俗的移易工作，根据历史的传承和时代的变化，找出相应的解决途径，以便更好的服务于社会主义新农村建设。

ABSTRACT
Based on the Previous study in the aeademic circle，this thesis attempts to diseuss all round changes of social folk eustoms the oretieally and Praetieally from the perspective of the construetion of spiritual civilization in the soeialist new countryside.through the analysis of these two aspects，the thesis tries to find a new linking point so that changes of social folk customs can better serve the purpose of spiritual civilization construetion in the new countryside.
The thesis mainly includes two aspects，i.e.the content needed to be changed in social folk customs during the construetion of spiriualb civilization in the new countryside and the approaches to realize it.mainly Based on what the central authorities of the CPC have put forward,i,e.to develop harmonious families，villages and small towns and eneourageseientific and healthy lifestyles in the countryside，the study of the presentthesis probes into the changing work of family eustoms，social customs in villages and etiquettes and tries to find corresponding solutions according to the historical inheritance and ehanges of times，so as to better serve the construetion of socialist new countryside.
