【中文摘要】 本人在工作中长期受到高职雕塑专业毕业生就业难问题的困扰，就此本论题选择北京艺术设计学院作为研究个案，并把就业难问题作为清理的核心目标。本文从以下三个维度对此问题展开研究，一是社会对高技能人才需求状况和现有技能岗位人才存在的问题；二是高职雕塑专业毕业生的就业现状所呈现出的问题；三是高职雕塑专业教育中的培养目标和课程设置对毕业生能力形成的影响。通过对以上三方面问题进行梳理和分析，反思当前高职教育中实际存在的教育目标与课程设置等问题。 本研究旨在进一步探索职业教育、学生就业和社会需求三者间的内在联系，正确定位艺术类高等职业教育的培养目标，以提高毕业生适应社会发展的能力和求职就业的能力。

【英文摘要】 In the teaching career, the author has long been puzzled by the problem of those graduates majoring in sculpture who have difficulty finding jobs.
