【中文摘要】 餐饮空间设计是体现文化的一种方式,体现民族文化是民族地区餐饮空间设计的发展趋势。居住在我国北方草原的蒙古民族所创造的民族传统文化,是中华民族多元一体文化的重要组成部分,具有重要的人文价值。 本文借助室内设计的理论,通过对具有蒙古族传统文化特征的餐饮空间中其文化表现的调查和研究,从蒙古族的历史、哲学、宗教、审美、建筑、民间美术和民间风俗等多方面来研究和总结蒙古族传统文化特征和审美取向,从中得出具有蒙古族传统文化特征的餐饮空间设计的指导思想,并提炼出蒙古族特有设计元素和表现手段,灵活运用于具有蒙古族传统文化特征的餐饮空间设计之中。最终使室内设计成为蒙古族传统文化发展的载体,在设计创作实践中诠释蒙古族传统文化,以达到传播和弘扬蒙古族传统文化的目的。
