【中文摘要】 本文以产生于土家族地区的摆手舞形态为研究对象，在前辈学者们研究的基础上，利用已有的研究成果和文献资料，运用美学理论和舞蹈动作分析法从舞蹈本体切入，并借助于民族学和历史学的研究方法从舞蹈文化内涵切入，试图从纵向上探讨舞蹈的起源、流传及当代的发展，从横向上分析摆手舞的形态特征和内在含义，从而勾勒出摆手舞的全貌，将这一古老而神秘的民族艺术形态展现在人们面前。 本文分为序言、三个章节和结语三个部分。序言概述了本文的研究目的、意义、研究资料与方法，介绍了一些与本课题相关的研究成果。第一章：结合前人的研究成果和文献资料，重点探讨了摆手舞的起源和外部形态，并对摆手舞形式、种类和特征作了分析。第二章：从摆手舞蹈动作、舞蹈形式、舞蹈歌唱、舞蹈音乐等方面分析土家族文化(历史文化、农事生产、宗教信仰、民族精神)凝结在艺术形态中的外部特征与内在含义。第三章：介绍摆手舞的当代发展，共分为三小节，第一节当代摆手舞形态与原始摆手舞形态的对比，总结变化的部分；第二节根据对摆手舞流传地域和流传形式的分析，探讨流传中摆手舞形态变化的原因；第三节从民间活动和舞台艺术两个方面，探讨摆手舞形态的当代变化，归纳变化原因、分析变化趋势、提...

【英文摘要】 The study is focused on the art form of Baishou dance that originate from Tujia(people of Tujia nationality). On the basis of preceding research results and available reference, both the evolution of the origin, spread and development of the dance, and its relations with dance species, historical cultures of Tujia, religious faith and ethos have been discussed.
