【中文摘要】 【目的】研究三氯苯达唑、吡喹酮治疗大鼠斯氏狸殖吸虫病的疗效;探讨两药对斯氏狸殖吸虫的杀虫机理。【方法】30只SD大鼠随机分成6组:三氯苯达哗治疗A组与B组、吡喹酮治疗A组与B组、对照A组与B组,每组5只大鼠。将斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴经腹腔注射感染6组大鼠以建立动物模型(每鼠注射15个囊蚴)。实验分两次进行,第一次实验(感染后30天)和第二次实验(感染后60天)分别用三氯苯达唑、吡喹酮治疗两治疗组,观察毒副作用,并于用药后第3天剖杀大鼠,回收虫体、计数虫体回收数和虫囊数、计算虫体检获虫率及减虫率,并与对照组比较进行统计学分析;两次实验检获的虫体均在解剖镜、电镜下观察其结构的变化。【结果】吡喹酮治疗A与B组大鼠在两次实验治疗过程中,10只大鼠共有6只出现厌食、流涎、水样腹泻等;三氯苯达唑治疗A与B组大鼠无一例出现上述反应,两治疗组毒性反应率经四格表确切概率法检验:P=0.01063,有显著性差异。第一次实验(感染后30天),三氯苯达唑治疗A组和吡喹酮治疗A组对童虫的检获虫率与对照A组相比,均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而三氯苯达唑治疗A组对童虫的减虫率与吡喹酮治疗A组比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);第二次实验(感... 【英文摘要】 [Objectives] To determine the therapeutic effects between Triclabendazole and Praziquantel on the treatment of rats with pagumogonimus skrjabini ; To explore the mechanism of the two drugs on killing paragonimus.
