【中文摘要】 目的：1．比较复方替加氟奥替拉西胶囊(S-1)加草酸铂与替加氟加草酸铂治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效、毒副反应、临床获益反应和疾病进展时间、生存期。2．观察复方替加氟奥替拉西胶囊(S-1)单药治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效、毒副反应、临床获益反应、疾病进展时间。 方法：1．选择44例经病理组织学或细胞学确诊的晚期胃癌患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组给予口服复方替加氟奥替拉西胶囊(80mg／m~2／d，口服，d1—14，餐后服用，其后停药14天为一周期)+草酸铂(130mg／m~2，静脉，d1，4周为一周期)，对照组给予口服替加氟(800mg／m~2／d，口服，d1—14，餐后服用，其后停药14天为一周期)+草酸铂(130mg／m~2，静脉，d1，4周为一周期)。两周期后评价疗效，比较两组的近期疗效、毒副反应、临床获益反应和疾病进展时间、1年生存率。2.6例经病理组织学或细胞学确诊、且既往用过草酸铂或口服氟脲嘧啶类药物的晚期胃癌患者入组单药组，给予口服复方替加氟奥替拉西胶囊(80mg／m~2／d，口服，d1—28，餐后服用，其后停药14天为一周期)。 结果：1．试验组和对照组各有22例晚期胃...
