【中文摘要】 产后抑郁是产后精神障碍疾病中的一种，目前国内外对该病的研究普遍从其发病率、诱发因素以及病因病机来探讨，并涉及到产后抑郁的治疗及预防等多方面。产后抑郁不仅对产妇的身心健康造成危害，也是影响婴儿发育的一个危险因素。本论文分别总结了近十年来对产后抑郁的中西医研究，其旨在于实现中西医的优势互补，提高对产后抑郁的诊断和临床疗效，减轻对产妇身心健康的影响，降低新生儿的死亡率。 本论文共三部分：第一部分为文献综述，总结了中西医两方面对产后抑郁的病因病机、历史沿革、治疗进展；第二部分是对178例产妇进行临床调查，根据相关资料对产后抑郁的发病率及其影响因素以及中医的辩证分型进行临床分析；第三部分是就目前在临床和实验研究上存在的不足和展望进行论述。
【英文摘要】 Postpartum depression is a kind of postpartum mental disorder diseases, recently both in China and abroad the research generally discusses the disease incidence, inducing factor, etiologic factor and pathogenesis, also includes many other aspects such as treatment and prevention.
