【中文摘要】 本论文总结了毛细支气管炎的中西医诊疗进展，并对60例毛细支气管炎患儿(中西结合治疗组及西医治疗组各30例)进行了临床观察。其目的在于实现中西医优势互补，为小儿毛细支气管炎的中西医结合治疗提供思路，提高小儿毛细支气管炎的临床治疗效果。

【英文摘要】 This thesis provides a therapeutic review on bronchiolitis of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. It summaries and discusses the clinical values and deficiencies of the two kinds of medical system,and observes 60 bronchiolitis cases (devided into two guoups , each 30 cases). The purpose is to unify the different opions, make these two therapies complement each other and to promote the clinic effect.
