【中文摘要】 本论文包括“小儿支气管哮喘治疗现状”和“中西医结合治疗哮喘急性发作期80例临床研究”两部分内容。前一部分总结支气管哮喘中、西医及中西医结合治疗现状，从多角度概括了哮喘治疗规律以及疗效的临床研究进展。在此基础上，提出进行中西医结合，以实现中西医优势互补，可以提高支气管哮喘的临床疗效，走一条“有中国特色的哮喘治疗之路”。后一部分，按照随机对照的原则从临床实践方面探讨了中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作期80例的临床疗效。结果提示中西医结合治疗组总疗效为98.75％，与西医对照组比较无明显差异(P＞0.05)。但在显控率，改善咳嗽、咯痰、喘息症状以及哮喘症状评分上优于西医对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01)。说明中西医结合治疗小儿哮喘有其独特的优势，值得进一步研究。

【英文摘要】 This thesis includes two parts: "the present treatment situation for bronchial asthma of children" and "the clinical research of 80 cases acute attack asthma by Chinese and Western treatment".
