【中文摘要】 目的：观察我院慢性体表溃疡的治疗情况，总结中西医结合疗法治疗慢性体表溃疡的特点和经验。方法：选择诊断明确的慢性体表溃疡患者88例：脱疽61例，臁疮15例，褥疮12例，采用中西医结合疗法治疗。结果：88例患者中，临床治愈32例，占36.4％；好转31例，占35.2％；未愈25例，占28.4％；总有效率71.6％。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性体表溃疡疗效可*。

【英文摘要】 Objective: To observe the present condition of my hospital in the treatment of Chronic skin ulcer, to summarize the characteristic and experience of the treatment of Chronic skin ulcer by integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.
