【中文摘要】 目的：回顾性研究我院近2年来糖尿病性视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy，DR)的治疗情况，以求通过中西医结合的治疗方法，提高糖尿病性视网膜病变临床治疗效果。方法：选择符合研究标准的门诊和住院患者84例，共153眼。随机分为单纯中药组、单纯光凝组和中药联合光凝组进行临床观察，总结疗效。结果：中药联合光凝组治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变疗效明显优于单纯中药组和光凝组：单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变疗效优于增殖型糖尿病性视网膜病变；在新生血管治疗方面，单纯光凝组和中药联合光凝组效果明显优于单纯中药组，并且，前两组比较无明显差异；对于增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体增殖机化条索，单纯中药组和中药联合光凝组效果优于单纯光凝组。结论：中西医结合治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变临床疗效满意。

【英文摘要】 Objective: Through this retrospective study on the diabetic retinopathy (DR) patients in our hospital during recent two years, we expect to find a way of combination of TCM with Western to improve the treatment for DR. Method: 153 eyes of 84 cases of DR, divided into 3 groups randomly: herb group, laser group and combination group. Evaluate the effects of each group.
