【中文摘要】 乌贼墨的主要化学成分是黑色素和蛋白多糖复合体,具有显著的生物学作用。本文研究了乌贼墨对正常及骨髓损伤模型小鼠造血机能的影响,对小鼠的抑瘤和免疫调节作用,及其对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢和抗氧化能力的影响。 通过体内给予不同剂量的乌贼墨,采用造血祖细胞体外培养技术及实验血液学技术,观察乌贼墨对正常小鼠及环磷酰胺(Cyclophosphamide,Cy)或全身一次性接受致死剂量的γ~(60)Co照射所致造血损伤模型小鼠骨髓有核细胞数(BMNC)、骨髓造血干细胞生成数(CFU-S)、粒-单系祖细胞集落生成数(CFU-GM)、外周血白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC),血小板(PLT),血红蛋白(Hb)和网织红细胞数的影响,并对其可能的作用机制进行探讨。结果表明,乌贼墨能够显著提高正常小鼠BMNC、CFU-S、CFU-GM和外周血WBC数量;对Cy损伤模型小鼠BMNC、CFU-S、CFU-GM和外周血WBC数量的减少具有显著的拮抗和促进恢复作用;能够有效拮抗β~(60)Co辐射损伤模型小鼠体内BMNC、CFU-S、CFU-GM、外周WBC及血清SOD活力的降低,并显著促进其恢复;对正常小鼠和模型小鼠外周... 【英文摘要】 The main chemical composition of sepia is melanin and protein-polysaccharide compound, which has obvious biological effects.
