【中文摘要】 [目的] 观察血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngiotensinⅡ，AngⅡ)对体外培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞(human umbilical vein endothelial cells，HUVECs)E-选择素(E-selectin)表达的影响及血脂康对AngⅡ此效应的干预作用，探讨AngⅡ的致动脉粥样硬化作用及血脂康调脂之外的内皮保护作用。 [方法] 体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞(ECV-304)，加入(10~(-10)～10~(-6)mol／L)的AngⅡ或(62.5～500ng／ml)血脂康+10~(-6)mol／L的AngⅡ共同孵育4h后，采用ELISA测定E-selectin的表达，RT-PCR测定E-selectinmRNA的表达。另外按10~(-6)mol／L的AngⅡ及500ng／ml血脂康+10~(-6)mol／L的AngⅡ浓度水平处理内皮细胞后，于不同时相点(2h、4h、6h、8h、12h)加入分离的人血单核细胞与内皮细胞共同孵育，通过细胞计数法，观察细胞间的粘附率。 [结果] 10~(-9)～10~(-6)mol／L AngⅡ...
