【中文摘要】 在全球经济一体化的进程中,国际贸易和国际投资的发展促进了国际金融市场的发展,同时也带来了汇率的频繁波动。改革开放以来,中国在世界经济中扮演着越来越重要的角色,加入WTO和汇率制度的改革使得越来越多的中国企业不得不面对汇率频繁波动的状况,外汇风险已经成为影响其经营业绩的重要因素之一。 本文以中国企业,特别是涉及国际经营的企业所面临的外汇风险的管理问题作为研究对象,在回顾了国际贸易、跨国经营、汇率决定、风险管理以及系统论等相关理论和基础内容之后,引入了外汇风险和外汇暴露的概念及其分类,总结了企业进行外汇风险管理的程序和步骤,提出我国企业应该加强外汇风险管理的意识,构建合适的外汇风险管理系统,以达到规避外汇风险,降低外汇损失的目的。 本文创造性地提出了“九宫格”棋盘式外汇风险管理框架系统,对其中的三个子系统、九种情况进行了详细的阐述,并指出企业在构建该外汇风险管理系统时应当考虑的原则和主要因素,最后通过案例分析对中国企业外汇风险管理的实践加以说明,指出了中国企业在外汇风险管理方面尚存的一些问题,并试图给出解决方案。
