【中文摘要】 20世纪末，跨国公司得到空前发展，对全球经济与贸易的各个领域都产生了深刻的影响。入世后的中国将为跨国公司在中国的投资展示更为广阔的前景，本论文研究的主要内容有以下三个方面： (1)在知识经济、信息技术飞速发展的条件下，分析传统跨国公司理论所普遍存在的局限性，对跨国公司投资与经营的理论进行新的解释和说明。 (2)进入90年代，世界政治、经济和科学技术的发展逐步改变了跨国公司的经营与竞争环境，迫使其以全球发展为目标，不断改变其投资与经营战略。为了更有效地把跨国公司的直接投资吸引进来，本文对近年来跨国公司投资与经营战略变化的特点进行了综合分析和系统概括。 (3)针对跨国公司投资与经营战略变化的几个显著特点，提出我国利用外资尤其是跨国公司直接投资的相应对策。
 
【英文摘要】 In the late 20th century,transnational corporations have developed greatly. The influence of transnational corporations is profound.
