【中文摘要】 当代的经济全球化建立了一种新的国际关系体制，主要包括投资、贸易、生产、金融和研发的五个方面的全球化，对各国的产业结构调整与经济增长正产生着越来越深刻的影响，但是关于研究开发的全球化问题，尤其是作为经济全球化主导推动力量的跨国公司技术创新国际化的问题，仍未引起足够重视。 本文首先对跨国公司和技术创新的相关理论及最新研究进展进行了综述和评析；对跨国公司的研究开发活动的特征和模式进行了系统分析，并对在我国最具有代表性的软件、通讯行业的两家重要的跨国公司的研发机构，开展了微观的案例研究；最后针对国外在我国设立研发机构这一行为，结合中国入世后经济国际化进程加快的时代背景，从政府和企业两方面提出战略性的对策建议。

【英文摘要】 The globalization of economic, the essential aspect of current development of world economy, sets up a new system of international connection. It includes investment, trade, production, finance and R&D and brings more and more profound influence to the adjustment of industry structure and the economic increase.
