【中文摘要】 企业国际化成长是企业理论研究与实践广泛关注的课题。全 文围绕这一主题，站在经济学和管理学融合的高度，融合学术前 沿理论和观点，从企业对外直接投资、企业国际化、企业战略柔 性、企业核心能力等方面，对企业国际化成长进行了系统的理论 分析与研究，初步形成了一个理论体系框架。 在综述国内外研究现状和动态的基础上，首先对企业对外直 接投资理论的发展予以评述。基于跨国公司理论、企业成长理论 对企业国际化的一般阐述，在概述国际化理论的基础上，探讨企 业成长国际化的路径：跨国经营。 企业国际化成长战略是动态竞争环境下企业持续健康成长的 决定因素。战略的本质是总揽全局、顾及长远，使企业能动地适 应环境。在动态竞争的国际环境中，企业战略必须柔性化。文中 探讨了基于资源的增强企业战略柔性的两个关系模型，并提出了 柔性战略的实施模型及策略框架。 企业核心能力理论所提出的原则和方法是至今为止企业战略 理论最高的最优价值的成果之一。引入了西方学术界这一前沿理 论，对国际化企业核心能力进行了界定，并进一步探讨企业核心 能力和企业战...
