【中文摘要】 本文是一篇运用实证方法研究我国上市公司经营活动现金流量的有效性分析的文章,希望通过对中国上市公司2000年至2004年5年现金流量表的分析,能够对目前我国不同利润率水平下的上市公司的运营活动产生的现金流的有效性情况进行总结分析,为信息使用者提供一种更为客观的对财务信息的准确判断方法。 通过研究表明,目前我国较大部分上市公司经营活动现金流量的有效性处于较为良好状态,也就是其经营活动产生的现金流处于有效状态,而且盈利能力和企业运营活动的有效性存在一定的正相关性。希望广大的信息使用者能够将本文中所提出的运营活动产生的现金流的有效性公式运用到实际中。

【英文摘要】 This article studies the effectiveness analysis of the cash flow in China’s listed companies’operational activities by applying concrete evidences.
