【中文摘要】 风险管理是券商经营管理的重要组成部分，建立健全高效的风险管理体系是确保券商稳定发展的基础。长期以来，西方金融业一直高度重视风险防范，它们根据其经营风格和企业文化，选择了合理的风险管理模式、构建了严密的风险管理组织和完善的定量风险管理模型，辅以现代化的信息管理技术，形成了组织严密、适时监控的综合风险管理和控制体系。为了进一步增强我国券商的市场竞争力和抵御风险能力，有必要借鉴国外券商风险管理的成功经验，根据自身的特点，选择先进、适用的风险管理模式，进一步完善风险管理体系，提高风险管理技能。 山东省齐鲁证券有限公司是一家拥有30多家分支机构的综合类券商，注册资本8.12亿元人民币。公司十分重视客户资金的风险管理，取得了一定的成效，但也存在许多问题。为达到证监会的内控要求和防范证券经营风险，对其现有的客户资金风险管理进行分析研究，设计新的客户资金风险管理体系，具有十分重要的现实意义。 本文首先从风险管理理论和相关的证券法规入手，介绍了风险管理基本概念、原则、结构和证券相关的法律法规。其次，对证券公司客户资金管理的风险进行了分析，指出加强客户资金风险管理的必要性。然后，论文分析了齐鲁证券...
