【中文摘要】 本文选取以资本市场开放的背景为切入点，探讨困扰中资寿险发展的瓶颈问题，对症下药地制订出中资寿险公司的战略选择。论文以发展战略的理念为指导，运用了PEST分析方法、有效市场、资本资产定价模型和寿险风险投资等理论，在客观背景分析的基础上，根据中国保险业的实际情况，着眼于中资寿险的可持续发展，提出了当前中国中资寿险公司的战略选择和实施方案。 论文在第一章“导论”中简要介绍了本选题研究的意义和相关名词的解释和界定。在第二章“相关理论综述”中简述了本选题研究涉及到的三个层面的理论，即基本战略理论、资本市场和保险理论，这是全文分析的理论基础。在第三章“外部环境分析”中，运用了PEST分析方法，系统全面地剖析了影响中资寿险公司发展的环境因素。在第四章“中资寿险公司运营状况分析”中，对运营的一般状况做了分析，提出了中资寿险面临的困境其核心在于偿付能力不足和资金运用困难。在第五章“持续开放的资本市场对寿险业的影响”中，从资本市场开放的一般分析入手，着重分析了寿险业的发展和资本市场的发展的关系以及国内外保险业利用资本市场的现状，结合前文，给出了资本市场的持续开放给中资寿险公司带来的机遇和挑战，为形成下章的结论奠定...

【英文摘要】 This paper kept an eye on the continuous opening capital market background and discussed the bottleneck problems that blocked the development of Chinese life insurance companies.
