【中文摘要】 以人为本，重视人、研究人、认识人的呼声日盛，中国人学研究应运而生。中国传统文化与人学研究息息相关，而对作为传统文化核心的儒学，尤其是对儒家人学思想的反思，于当今中国乃至世界有非常重要的意义。本文将人学与历史学的理论方法相结合，对儒家创始人孔子的人学思想做一番探讨。包括以下几个部分：第一部分：导论，阐释理论，概述前人研究成果。第二部分：孔子人学思想背景分析：主要通过殷周春秋政治经济制度和文化模式之变、春秋士人阶层和人文思潮的兴起、“五经”对文化的整合及其所涵人文精神对孔子思想的影响这几方面来探讨。第三部分：孔子人学思想内容分析：主要论及孔子关于人性、人之建设(包括其德性论、个性论、能力论和人的需要、人际关系等)、人之生存价值的认识和思想。第四部分：余论：简要总结孔子人学思想的认识价值、历史意义和现实意义。

【英文摘要】 As the voice of respecting and researching and recognizing humanself for the people-oriented becomes louder, the research of humanism to come with it in china.
