The Study on the Guiging Principle of Dengxiao-ping Theory on Stare-ownea Compauies' Reform

【摘要 (中文/英文)】 目前,我国正处在全面建设小康社会,推进社会主义和谐社会建设的新的历史阶段。进一步推进改革,为发展提供强大动力,是十六大报告提出的主要任务之一。国企改革是社会主义经济体制改革的重要组成部分,是一场深刻的社会革命,必须有一个科学、系统的理论体系做指导,这个理论体系就是邓小平建设有中国特色的社会主义理论。把邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义基本理论精髓同今天改革开放的具体情况相结合,给我们提供一个观察、分析解决现实问题的科学可行的方法,形成一个能够解决和解释改革道路上各种问题的基本思维方法,是我国理论界一直不断努力探索的。本文主要以实证论的方法从中海油的发展历程中体现邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论的指导意义。具体从三个方面阐述:一、邓小平关于建设有中国特色社会主义理论的核心内容;二、中国海洋石油二十五年发展历程中...更多折射的社会主义中国特色;三用科学发展观构建和谐中海油。 

 At present, China is implementing the "moderate prosperity" program in an well-rounded way, opening up new vistas for the China-specific socialist cause. One of the main tasks of Sixteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is working hard on reform and opening-up, provide mightiness power for development. The state-own enterprise reformation is an important part of reform of economic system, it isan profound reform, and it need the guidance------the Deng Xiaoping's theory of buildingsocialism with Chinese characteristics which is scientific and systematic. Combine the Deng's theory and today's Reforming and opening-up policy, we find a scientific way which can provides and explain the problems while on the way to reforming. The thesis uses evidence-based practice to express the significance of Deng's theory for CNOOC's progress. From three parts: 1.The core content of Deng's building Socialism with Chinese characteristics. 2. The Chinese characteristics reflected from CNOOC 25 years' progress. 3. Building the harmonious CNOOC by a scientific and developing way.
